I saw it was your birthday Doodle Pantry card

This cute image from Doodle Pantry with its matching sentiment is from the Classic Tools set  and it makes a great masculine birthday card...or really it work for kids who like puns too!

I used up some scraps I had in my bin for this card and three brads.  Just pretend they are all perfectly aligned.

Just a reminder there is a challenge going on at Doodle Pantry now- you can use any digi company image you want as long as it goes with the theme "Make it Manly" and you will be entered into the drawing of three prizes.  One entry person.
Hope to see your creation there!

Craftitude Challenge- It's all about balance with Rick St. Dennis sponsoring

Hello! Time for a new challenge at Craftitude!  This challenge is asking us to use some dimension to pop it up!  Our sponsor is Rick St. Dennis who happens to be one of my fave artists!  I love working with his images.

I chose this scarecrow image and cut it out and popped it up using dimensionals or foam dots.  I kinda have him balancing on the wire!

Hope you can join us - and pop it up!

Left of Center- Girly card

This fortnight at Left of Center we are asking you to create something using a "girly" theme and/or a left of center or alternative theme- we always give you a choice!

I went with pure girly and used this fab image from one of our sponsors, The East Wind.  I paired with a scripture verse as I thought it was fitting with her looking reflectively at the butterfly!  I used some older flowers I picked up at a garage sale and added some brads for the centers and put a little Stickles on them for sparkle.  Colored with pencils.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will join us at Left of Center this challenge!

A Song in Your HeART! Gift of Wings

Today is my first post with  A Song in Your HeART design team! I love music and crafting, so this was a great challenge team to join!  The rules are simple- listen to the song and/or read the lyrics and then create something that you were inspired to do!
This time  the song is:

This song is so inspirational! I loved it.  I was happy to use an image provided by our sponsor Inky Impressions!    The sentiment is from Unity fit so well with the message of the song!  It says "Believe in deep down in your  heart you were destined to do great things" - how powerful that message is!

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope to see your creation over at our challenge!

{PIN}spirational Challenges

Hello!  Today begins a new challenge at {PIN}spirational Challenges!
The image we have for your inspiration:

and here is my take!  I chose to use the colors and used a digi stamp from one of our sponsors to make a CAS card.  Sometimes we need a little any-ocassion card and this scripture has always been one of my favorites.

You can find the image here at Whimsy Stamps!

I used a mix of papers from my stash and added some ribbon and bling.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out the other DT creations this week right here!
