Raise the Bar Bundle Up Challenge

This week at Raise the Bar we are getting ready for cooler weather, and here in Manitoba we have had some chilly mornings lately! Make new creation using any image that has a jacket, blanket, hat...anything that indicates cooler weather is on its way!

I used this adorable Tilda with Bell and used a combo of red and pink for her. The papers are from Bo Bunny as is the light blue dotty card stock. White c/s base is Neenah textured. Flowers are primas and the bling is misc rhinestones I colored dark green with my copics.. they were clear. Ribbon is from my stash.
