I have been wanting to play along with the Quoth the Raven Challenges (bingo- used red, metal, ribbon) and Haunted Design House (poe's writings- romantic or lunatic) lately- and finally got to do so! I used two digi images- one from Ike's Art and one from Smeared Ink. I made a two-sided tag to use as a bookmark for a friend who requested something Poe-ish. As far as lunatic or romantic- I think its a bit of both!
The raven side of the tag (contains text of The Raven) - the background was painted black with some glitter, then I put different washi tapes here and there. The never More I used alpha stickers and added some red to fit the challenge. The metal comes from the staples I used to adhere the image in x's. The other side- the image is colored with copics and the background was paint - black and orange. I used more washi tape as well. The ribbon is vintage seam binding.
