what a week!

That is my new buddy- my gym bag.

This has been a full week. I started working out and trying to eat healthier. I love my trainer. She is the best! She is supportive yet doesn't let me quit when I want to give up. I had my analysis Tuesday and then started working out on Wednesday- we did cardio and I learned some things I was doing wrong and why I wasn't getting results when I tried on my own. Thursday we did the back and shoulders and then Friday we did legs. Hard! I still feel really sore in my quads today, but that's okay. I know I am working. I was proud I actually got up at 6 all week and was there for my 715 apt and I stayed two or three days later and did my cardio on my own. That was tough.

This is my step page I did for the one little word thing- its late but oh well. I am changing the 1 to the world ONE later...I got lazy and don't like the 1.
