Well, I think I have hit a plateau or downward slope for the last few days working out. I have gone and tried my best but my body isn't cooperating. I am hoping its just a case of being physically exhausted and that a couple of days off will help. I have felt like my legs are pillars of lead and that every action is labored. I have worked hard this last month, without really any time off, so maybe I just need to recover/repair/rejuvenate for a couple of days.
Monday we don't have work due to Louis Reil day= which is good. I plan on being a slug. Or at least a scrapbookin' slug.
