I dont know why I just went off rails this weekend on eating. I don't know what is going on. Friday I had a breakfast burrito after working out, chinese food for lunch and a brownie, and for supper I honestly can't remember. Oh yeah, I had a double hamburger from McD's because I was out running errands. I also had some dip and chips and some pepsi. Then Saturday we went to Perkins and I had a patty melt, fries and a coke, then for supper we had a ground beef/rice mix, I had some malteeasers, and then today I had another patty melt at Perkins with a salad ( had a lunch meeting) and for supper I had some tuna and crackers and a granola bar. I have to get this eating under control. I feel like a blob.
I did workout both yesterday and today- Saturday at the gym I did cardio and today I did more cardio at home but my knee is killing me from today. I don't know why and I hope its better for tomorrow.
More later, I have some laundry to fold and put away. Yippee!
