breakfast of the protein-conscious


Yay Monday.  Yay for another warm sunny day.  NOT.  Its 43 F and rainy cold with not much hope of a good week weather wise.  Warm weather, where art thou?

This is my new fave breakfast.  High protein, low fat, portable and tasty.  Dry cottage cheese, pineapple, and a sprinkling of pecans and  a dose of cinnamon.  Mix it all up and it's delish.  This idea comes courtesy of my trainer who made me a dry cottage cheese convert.  I had never eaten cottage cheese before this year and I am sold.
