I know some of you were quite shocked to hear I unmounted by House Mouse and Penny Black stamps last week! I debated it for awhile, but truth is, they were hidden away and not getting used because I couldn't see them.. so they are now in drawers with my other unmounted stamps and will hopefully be used more often!

I am working like crazy on getting some swaps I signed up for finished... I will never sign up for so many again at one time! I don't know where I thought I had all this time! Anyway although this was taken Tuesday its still gonna be on my space at least Wed. morning! I have been working on rearranging my whole room but just have a couple of pics documenting my progress of tidying. I had a mess of ribbons .. on the wall and a whole bin full loose... I got them all grouped in color families now and purged...its hard to purge ribbon but really, it's not like I have a shortage!

I don't think there is anything wrong with unmounting your stamps, I find them much easier to use without the wooden blocks.

Lovely way you've sorted your ribbons, those alcohol ink backgrounds are fab. What are you going to do with all the wooden blocks you've taken your stamps off?!

Your ribbon storage is a sight to be hold and not sign up for so many swaps next time ... Sounds very familiar :0)
