Butterfly Quilt

We are stampin' like crazy over at Virtual Stamp Night on Splitcoast Stampers!  Consider yourself invited!  You have until Monday evening to get all your entries uploaded/completed!

I made this using scraps from Spice Cake designer paper which I totally love.  I punched a ton of different size squares and circles and butterflies and had them to use for this challenge!  Great way to use up small pieces of paper.  I adhered them to cardstock then ran the whole thing thru an embossing folder in my cuttlebug.  I then adhered it to a base of lightish kraft paper I had received from WishRak also on SCS.   I added a sentiment from an SU set, added some bling and called it done!

I absolutely luv this card! the patterns & colors are just right. Perfect card to mass produce but not look like it was overly easy to do. I'd luv a quilt like this too :) thanks for the inspiration!

I love your quilt card and such a great way to use up scraps. Spice Cake was one of my favorites and I still have a bit stashed away! Might have to pull it out and play!
