Martin's Heart Tag

This is my second post today- if you are looking for Anything But a Card- click here!

I recently won some new Dilly Beans images (yay!) and couldn't wait to use one- so I made this tag for a couple of challenges.   The image is called Martin's Heart and you can get your own right here!

Isn't he creepy cute?  I used my handy-dandy Sizzix Tim Holtz tag die.  I used paper from Recollections and also some lightweight chipboard for weight.  THe image I colored with copics and spica glitter pens.  The hearts are Grungeboard - I colored with copics then used Aged Mahogany Distress Embossing Powder.  I tied some black twine around two, then used my Tiny Attacher for the other one.  The bottom of the tag has some Tim Holtz tissue tape- and more twine- anchored with the Tiny Attacher again.   The sentiment if from Viva Las Vegas and reads:  I like poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick.

I can't help it- that sentiment cracks me up!  I edged most of the parts with Black Soot Distress ink.  Misc ribbons.  Mummy is again holding my tag. I may keep him around just for that.
