Goth Guy with Lace

I am enjoying having some crafty time this weekend- and haven't gone into work for OT even though a part of me is saying I should...but maybe tomorrow.  In my ongoing quest to use up stuff I have printed/stamped and play along with my fave challenges, I decided this Goth Guy by Delicious Doodles needed to make his way onto a card.  I love this image.  I keep looking at him...you can image all sorts of scenarios about him... okay maybe that's just me :)

Anyway, the current challenge at Delicious Doodles is to use lace, and since his outfit contains some ruffly elements, black lace works as an embellishment.  I also paired him with a Edgar Allen Poe quote to - gotta join in at Quoth the Raven challenges where it's anything Poes!

I colored him with copics and some spica glitter pens.  The paper is Basic Grey from the Out of Print Collection and the cardstock is miscellaneous. I used a SU embossing folder and of course lace, and some black bling.  I smudged the sentiment which I did on the computer with some Black Soot Distress Ink.

Thanks for stopping by!
