Simple magnets with a message

I made these to "abandon" - a way of spreading some uplifting messages to unsuspecting strangers!  I love Unity sentiment stamps, and this one was the perfect size!

Simple to make!

Glass rocks from Michael's (floral section)
Scraps of paper
Mod Podge
Stamp
Scissors
Magnets

I stamped on the paper, then adhered it flat side of marble with a light coat of matte Mod podge. Then I let it dry- then I put another thin layer on the paper to help seal it in.  I let it dry- then I used small scissors to trim the paper to size.  Adhered magnet with E6000 glue. Let dry and voila!  I picked up magnets at the dollar store and some at Michael's with a coupon.

Sharing this at Unity's Friends with Flair!

Thanks for stopping by!

What a lovely make and an even nicer thought behind what you will do with them Carla.
We have someone in our town who creates marvellous metal hearts out of foraged and abandoned materials and then they are placed in random places all over the place.
A lovely way to leave a little love from both of you.
